When we think about legacy, we often think about what we leave behind - titles, accolades, achievements. True legacy is built beyond moments of applause; it is built within the tracks we make each day. How we treat people, how we lead ourselves and how we show up when no one is watching.

I grew up curious, a boy who could catch a snake as well as a football against the best in the world.  Moving better was always inspired by a desire to be better.

In the realm of movement, where each deliberate stride, twine and turn tells a story, I observe that as we move, we learn. To learn is to form; in forming, we strengthen and grow.

It is the process of this expansion that anchors the work I do.  It might seem like I purely train others to elevate their physicality and virtue. Deeper still, my work is a momentous, exploratory dance through insight and the human spirit.

With a heritage in the AFL, my foundation in traditional sports affords the necessary structure required for growth and improvement, yet it is my devotion to movement itself that channels energy into this work.

This nature has endured, evident in the forms of practices I have absorbed alongside over a decade of professional football.  I have refined and still embrace a multitude of disciplines including martial arts, athletics, biomechanics training and courtesy exercise.

Years at the elite sport level afforded me lessons that are etched into who I am – how to navigate through triumph, defeat and the variances of life.

As my own journey unfolds, I am able to understand better the function of movement as a pathway to self awareness. How it shapes the way we interact with the world from a young age.

Guiding young boys, men and executives toward their own idea of success in an authentic, respectful and noble manner is an honour. Whether the practice is rooted in athleticism or more intrinsic work, my clients find themselves within a change that is organic and expansive.

At its core, investing in hard work with humility is the foundry that propels us beyond the threshold, shifting us into an unbound state, where we become more than we were.

It is an honour to walk alongside them, to witness growth and see them graduate with a newfound understanding of themselves and the world around them.
